Our knowledge of housing and interior design in the Montpellier region
L’Écusson, the historic old town of Montpellier, has remained the city center since the 13th century. Residential housing in L'Écusson and the central districts (Beaux-Arts, Arceaux, Figuerolles or Gambetta) is made up of apartments and townhouses. In both cases, it is an old building which often requires interior design and renovation work.
The strong demographic growth of the Montpellier conurbation has encouraged the construction of townhouses and collective housing on the outskirts. These homes built in recent decades do not necessarily need complete rehabilitation, but can benefit from new circulation or a designer touch.
